Our Head-Heart-Body connection provides for us everything we need in a constant stream of unfolding Revelations which I have identified in 4 stages called "Revelations for Self Actualization™".
The dynamic between our pain, our problems and what we’re learning is multifaceted. It is expressed through the Head-Heart-Body connection, which is a fluid, sacred, interfacing relationship; constantly providing information relevant to their every breath and circumstance.
MY PROCESS
Human Beings are complex – like snowflakes, individually unique – and it simply isn’t for “me,” or for anyone “else” or for any “thing” (method / system / group) to tell You what to do, what to think, what to feel or how to proceed.
As a Mentor I utilize language / teachings from many systems, many therapeutic models and modalities, but I do not rely on any system as an interface between Self and Client.
I choose to relate to You directly, to the best of my ability as Loving, as Evolving, as a Human with a heartbeat. And in our Mentor / Client relationship (a unique intersection all its own!) it is ultimately the Consciousness of my Heart evoking the elevation of your Conscious Heart that provides for You expanding paths and space to interact with what is Real, and Loving and True within You. I call this process of Heart connection Revelations for Self-Actualization™.

Expressions of One’s inner Revelations are as infinite and complex as the Human itself, but the formula at the foundation of All inner Truth is basic: There is wisdom (insight) at the epicenter (pain) of your undesired experience (problem state.)

Stage 1: Unconscious Reactor
"Human Being Experiencing World"
Life mucks things up. It’s hard to be Human.
As Human Beings living our lives, we undergo painful experiences. No one gets away from having to experience something that hurts.
Human pain can be experienced mentally through the head, emotionally through the heart, or physically through the body.
Stage 2: Conscious Listener
"Human Being Has It's Own Answer"
You are a Creator. Pain is your signaling system.
Your beautiful Head-Heart-Body works together as a system in relationship with the external world. When an imbalance occurs in this system, operating as a “mental-emotional-physical bio-complex –” the system signals to the system-operator (what some call the “Soul,” what some call “Consciousness,” what some call true “Self”) this state of unhealthy imbalance, through pain.
Pain is literally a signal, cueing an imbalance in need of the system-operator’s attention. When a Human pain signal is missed, numbed or ignored, the signal will intensity over time until it must be observed.
When observed at the intersection between intelligence (head) and sentience (heart + body) pain’s signal can be accessed, received and interpreted. Though observant holism, pain reveals a loving message for the Human.
Stage 3: Conscious Attuner

Stage 4: Conscious Creator
"Human Being Self-Actualizes Higher State"
Your Heart Knows the way.
Pain’s core messages are profound and irrefutable; they are important for Soul growth. Once the deeper meaning from a painful situation, relationship or experience has been revealed, a new, higher, conscious Creation State can be enacted. Insight gained from a lovingly present and attuned relationship with our own pain-filled experiences shifts the way we think and the way we feel; which in turn shifts the way we show up in the world, it shifts the way we behave.
As we attune to pain’s messages, and integrate the learning gained, reality (the state of “things” around us) shifts, like a new calibration of quantum codes, to match our evolved, inner expression. Desired experiences occur as we fall into rhythm with our Heart’s wisdom in a universe of connection and symbiosis.
